Village Medical provides a range of comprehensive medical care services.

Appointments:

Are usually 15 minutes. Please be considerate of other patients. If you have several problems which may require more time, you are welcome to book a double appointment. This will incur an additional charge.

Home Visits:

Can be arranged for exceptional circumstances. Please discuss with the Practice nurse if such a visit is required.

Immunisations:

A full range of immunisations are offered for children and adults. These include routine childhood immunisations, tetanus boosters, flu injections and travel vaccinations.

  GP Services:

- General Medical Examinations.

- Health Assessments.

- Immunisations and travel advice.

- Immigration medical examinations.

- Minor Surgical procedures e.g. mole removal and other skin lesions.

- Cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen).

- Contraceptive advice including IUCD fitting.

- Insurance medical examinations.

- Cervical smears, breast examination.

- Prostate examinations.

- Refferal letters.

   Nurse Services:

- Cervical smears.

- Immunisations.

- Dressings and wound care.

- Health assessments and general advice.

- Diabetes reviews.

- Weight monitoring along with nutritional and lifestyle advice.

- Blood pressure checks.

- Pregnancy tests.

- Blood test results.

- Personalised care plans.
